listened to this as a triple feature last night, alongside Sonic Coaster Pop – SUPER MIRACLE CIRCUIT (2004) and NAMCO – ゼノサーガ フリークス - 予約特典CD (2004)

my motivation here was largely based on how impressed i was by their socopogogo remix and their inclusion of starship.6 on Usagi-Chang Records – ウサギチャンスーパースター!! Vol.0001 (2002), which made me think that they’re overdue for a relisten.
after all, didn’t i call them actual mad geniuses, once upon a time?

i didn’t recall there being this much hip-hop though, which is only a disappointment insofar as it’s the genre that has historically been the most amenable to this plunderphonic approach.

i also feel like i recognized a couple samples in here? including a very subtle yeah woo, but perhaps that was thrown in there as a gag.
