do you know me?! do you know how much ddr music i’ve listened to? i am stronger than you know.
★ and i can at least appreciate pioneer girl and admit it’s got a real catchy chorus.
★ i always get my man. yeah, i do adore how she keeps her very british accent throughout these songs
★ wagon train has such a fascinating palette…
★ in the name of god: what is with that disco bass?
★ red bandana: do i like this? i find it charming at least. “cross… them canyons. ford… them streams.”
★ last train
★ dream of the west!
japanese gamers make a distinction between kusoge and bakage and i think that’s an important distinction to hold. because it’s easy to hear something like this and believe it to be kusomedia, but it’s not bad, nor is it misguided. they had a vision, and by golly they realized it. so i can’t help but respect it for that too.

i think about this album too much for me to say that it didn’t make an impact on me.
★★ pioneer girl. though what happens is that i remember the chorus and how much i love it, and then i remember the trappings, and then i realize that i am never getting the aux back again: mission accomplished.
★★ cry like the wind. dammit this grooves though!
i always get my man: i’ve never heard philosophy accented on the third syllable, so i’m still learning new things…
★★ red bandana: this is too fun! it’s bound to always be sort of a sometimes food, but it is so charming.
