you ever check up on a trans artist whose music was pretty neat and who you thought was cute and your type and then you see their latest album’s cover and *gulp*

i still wish there was more to this, in that way that’s difficult to define.

i think my desire to love this has taken over, yet i don’t feel like i’m making something out of nothing. i do feel a presence here which i don’t get from very many other albums. it charts out a space that it keeps circling around and exploring, yet the space it charts out is a somewhat intimate one as well.
really it does sound like what it’s like where the cover art is. i can taste the steam in the air and it makes it hard to breathe, but there’s no place else i’d rather be.
★★ all, though now i have a confession a cadaver at a solid 3★.
